1) your band name

2) a list of all members with the roles they play and photos if available

3) a band profile picture
4) a paragraph about who you are and what kind of music you play
5) 2 Facebook events links in late April or May
6) 2 YouTube or Facebook links to videos you want on the site
7) links to your social media platforms and websites
8) a band logo if you have one

9) any other photos you want used for your cover photo and gallery (limit of 6)
